G. Mustafa Mohatarem, Ph.D. heads up GM’s Corporate Economics Team, and is responsible for assessing the impact of worldwide eco-nomic developments. Dr. Mohatarem is an expert on trade and was GM’s lead contact during Uruguay General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) negotiations, U.S.-Canada Free Trade Agreement, North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and TransPacific Partner-ship TPP).
