Participated actively in President Obama's 2012 Insourcing Forum at the White House. Member of the Department of Commerce Investment Advisory Council.

Paul has over 20 years of international business development experience and has worked with companies around the world to help grow their overseas markets. For ten years he was an international sales executive and for 13 years Paul served as Managing Director of the State of Ohio European Office (Brussels, Belgium), one of the overseas offices of the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD).
Paul currently works to promote the Toledo region and Northwest Ohio as a location for overseas businesses and to assist local companies with their international strategies.
Paul holds an MBA in International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University. He speaks German and French fluently.
