COVID-19 Accommodations:
During these uncertain times with the COVID-19 pandemic, Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce is committed to the safety of all attendees, members, and staff. We are monitoring all federal and state guidance systems for the latest updates. We will adhere to all current CDC and state mandates and appreciate that all clients do the same. We ask that the following criteria be met by all parties as onsite training/consultation resumes.
- We appreciate to be able to use an area that is suited for social distancing guidelines of at least 6? for all those who will be attending.
- Per State of Ohio guidelines, employee symptoms should be monitored daily, including temperatures. You are asked to ensure that any potential attendee who has a temperature over 100.4 should be refused entry into the workplace that day. The trainer/consultant will be self-monitoring and will need to cancel the session if their temperature is above the required acceptable range.
- Please make sure that proper handwashing/sanitizing is available for all attendees.
- All handouts will be kept to a minimum, we ask that attendance sheets be signed using each attendee?s individual pen.
- Face coverings while in a group setting will be required unless an exception (listed below) has been documented. The use of nitrile gloves are strongly recommended for all attendees. The trainer/consultant will be wearing both.
- The trainer/consultant will use Sheakley projection equipment in most cases. Please provide a surface to project on and have electric available.
- Sheakley Risk & Safety Solutions takes your employee?s safety and the safety of our traveling staff as our number one priority. Thank you for understanding
