An Accident Happened! Now What?
Troy Boughan, Ohio BWC
As a business consultant, Troy serves as a liaison between BWC and area employers and employer associations. Troy’s duties include teaching classes, presentations and one-on-one consultation with employers in west-central and north-central Ohio. He works with employers to implement proven risk-management strategies through various BWC cost-control programs. Troy also partners with associations and trade groups to share updates and bring industry feedback to BWC executive management while focusing on growth and retention of business in Ohio.
His 20 years of experience with workers’ compensation loss prevention and loss control strategies make Troy an asset to area businesses. He brings a unique perspective to his position, having previously worked for the Ohio General Assembly, staffing the Senate committee that considered workers’ compensation legislation.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from Wittenberg University. Troy, his wife, Tammy, and their three children, live just south of Columbus Grove, Ohio.
