We’re looking for a Hardscape Apprentice who’s ready to learn the trade, work with their hands, and grow with our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor features.

• Help with site prep, grading, and base installation.

• Lay pavers, stone, and other materials under supervision.

• Operate hand tools and light equipment safely.

• Keep job sites organized and clean.

• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all weather.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Previous landscape or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
