What is a Haystack?

A Haystack is composed of relatively small amounts of many ingredients (fried potatoes, hash browns, rice, etc...), with a protein (sausage, chicken, pork, etc...), in addition to fresh vegetables and garnished with numerous condiments (sausage gravy, hollandaise sauce, alfredo, cheese, sour cream, etc...). Topped with a crunch (toast, fried onions, corn chips, etc...).

The Haystack has been around for over 60 years. The original and more are on the menu. However, we've made more modern versions. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We hope you enjoy!
