\nFriday\, April 17\, 2020: Deadline \;to email your completed video to \;Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce. \;Send all videos to \;communications@limachamber.com \;through \;www.wetransfer.com. \; \;
\nWe Transfer is a free file transferring tool for large size files. You do not need to create an account or sign up for anything in order to use We Transfer. \;

\n Monday\, \;April 20\, 2020 \;Voting period begins! \;
Lima \;Chamber \;will have each video posted to its official YouTube channel. \; \;
\nLima Chamber \;will email you with your unique video link by 12:00 pm EST. \;
\nShare the video link on your favorite social channels to get the word out. \; \;
\nUse the hashtag\, #InthistogetherLima\, on all social posts. \;

\n Thursday\, April 30\, 2020: Last day for votes! \;
No further likes/thumbs up will be accepted after 11:59 pm EST. \;

\n Monday\, May 4\, 2020: \;Lima Chamber \;will announce the participant who accrued the most likes via email \;to kick off Small Business Week! \;
\nHelpful Hints \;
Social media is the best way to get the word out on your video. Set a reminder each day during the voting period to share your video link and remind people to vote/like for you. \; \;
\nSharing is caring! Encourage employees to share your social posts about voting to get the word out even more. \; \; \;
\nSend out an internal email with your video link to everyone. Your team should be your first and biggest supporters. It only takes a second to hit that thumbs up button! \;

\nOfficial Rules \;
Lima/Allen County \;Chamber \;of Commerce will purchase a $100.00 gift card from \;the business that receives the most points. \; \; \;
\nThe purchased gift card will then be awarded to a \;voter using the hashtag selected from a random drawing. \;
\nEvent is open to all businesses in Lima/Allen County\, Ohio. \; \;
\nDeadline to upload/submit your video to \;Lima Chamber \;is \;Friday\, April 17\, \;2020. \;

Each like or thumbs up on the YouTube video = 1 point. \;The \;business \;with the most total points as of 11:59 pm EST on \;April 30\, 2020 \;is the recipient. \;
