\n Join us as \;Chad Welker\, Associate Director\, highlights Activate Allen County&rsquo\;s community-driven initiatives. Chad will share how these efforts are improving health\, wellness\, and quality of life in Allen County through collaborative partnerships and innovative programs.\n\n

This is our 4th monthly meeting for FY26. \; This meeting entitles rebate-eligible safety council members to \;one safety council attendance credit for a monthly meeting. \;10 meetings are required for the year. \; CHECK ATTENDANCE HERE

\n Our 50/50 Raffle Proceeds will benefit Saving Grace Farm Ministry and the Allen Lima Leadership Teddy Bear program.

2025&ndash\;2026 Safety Council Rebate Program Guidelines

\n\n

To qualify for the BWC Safety Council Rebate\, employers must:

\n\n

✅\; \;Attend at least 10 in-person safety council meetings
\n Between \;July 1\, 2025\, and June 30\, 2026.

\n\n

✅\; \;Earn up to 4 additional credits \;through the following optional activities:

\n\n

\n
Training Credits (Max 2 credits):
\n Attend \;virtual or in-person training\, such as:
\n\n
- \n
  BWC safety training courses (excluding online e-courses or webinars)
  \n
- \n
  In-person safety training from \;external sources \;(e.g.\, industry associations\, third-party administrators) that is pre-approved by BWC.
  \n
\n
\n
Onsite Consultation (Max 2 credits):
\n Schedule a \;Comprehensive Onsite Consultation \;with a BWC Field Safety Services Consultant. \; \;This must include:
\n\n
- \n
  A full hazard assessment
  \n
- \n
  A claims review
  \n (This visit is limited to once every 3 years)
  \n
\n

\n\n

Additional Program Notes:

\n\n

\n
The \;maximum rebate amount is $5\,000 per policy per year.
\n
\n
Employers must:
\n\n
- \n
  Be current on all BWC payments
  \n
- \n
  Have no more than \;40 cumulative days of lapsed coverage \;in the past 12 months
  \n
- \n
  Report actual payroll on time for the prior policy year
  \n
- \n
  Pay any outstanding premiums following reconciliation
  \n
\n
\n
Exclusions:
\n\n
- \n
  Self-insuring employers and state agencies are \;not eligible
  \n
- \n
  Restrictions apply to \;professional employer organizations (PEOs) \;and their clients
  \n
\n
\n
Attendance rules:
\n\n
- \n
  A representative may only earn credit for \;one BWC policy number \;per event
  \n
- \n
  Monthly meetings only count \;toward credit \;if the employer is enrolled \;in that specific safety council
  \n
\n
