This quarterly Women In Business luncheon has been developed by women\, for women. \n\n\nTopic:\n\nHow to Be a Healthier YOU in 2023 by Switching Up the Simplest Things\n\n\n\nThis quarter our speakers are:\n\n\n\nChad Endsley\, Owner of Dash & Joey's Smoothies LLC\n\nChad is a graduate of California State University\, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. His professional experience includes serving as a personal trainer\, wrestling coach\, co-owner of Anytime Fitness of Lima\, and current owner of Dash & Joey's Smoothies LLC of Lima.\n\nChad will discuss ways in which YOU can make positive changes in your nutrition in 2023 for a healthier YOU!\n\n\n\nErica Fischnich\, Outpatient Physical Therapist at Lima Memorial Hospital\n\nErica is a graduate of the University of Findlay with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has served as an outpatient physical therapist for Lima Memorial Hospital for the past seven years.
