We meet twice monthly, once for an after- hours Pub Club and once during the day for a professional development luncheon.  We coordinate a community event each year for young and old to come out and enjoy a great time.  We also provide community outreach and promote volunteerism.  It is the goal of our group to enhance our members and retain talent within Lima/Allen County and to promote pride within our community.
 
Annual membership in the Young Professionals enables you to participate in all of our monthly networking events and gives members the opportunity to sit on the planning committees of the YP.
