Juvenile Driver Improvement Course 12/9/2023

This course is offered once every other month from 9:00 am-3:00 pm and is held at 144 S. Main Street Suite 100.  

 

The fee is $75 payable by pre-registering online or at the Lima Chamber.

Lunch is not provided however a lunch break is given.  

 

This Juvenile Driver Improvement Course addresses these topics: 
 
Session One
   Risk and Perceptual Awareness
     -  Driver’s Behavior
     -  6 Pillars of Character
     -  Speeding
     -  Being a Defensive Driver
 
Session Two
   Risk Awareness Assessment
     -  Identifying Risks
     -  Driving Errors
     -  Consequences and Drivers Actions
 
Session Three
   Driver Behavior
   Drugs and Driving
   Collision Factors
   Driver Assessment
 
The course will help young drivers to understand the responsibility of being a defensive driver.
