The Lima YP meets twice each month—once for our after-hours mixer, H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young Professionals Engage), and once for Pro D, our professional development luncheon. Throughout the year, we host community events for all ages, champion local volunteerism, and create meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.

Our mission is simple: enhance the YP experience, retain and grow talent in Lima/Allen County, and build pride in our incredible community.

Annual membership grants access to all monthly programs and the chance to get involved in YP planning committees.
