The Lima Young Professionals meet twice monthly, once for an after-hours event called H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young Professionals Engage) and once during the day for a professional development luncheon.  They coordinate a community event each year for young and old to come out and enjoy a great time.  They also provide community outreach and promote volunteerism. 

It is the goal of the group to enhance members' experiences and retain talent within Lima/Allen County as well as promote pride within our community.
 
Annual membership in the Young Professionals enables you to participate in all monthly networking events and gives members the opportunity to sit on the planning committees of the YP.
