The Lima Young Professionals is a diverse group of business leaders, 40 years of age or under, committed to building relationships and retaining talent among the young professionals in the greater Lima area.  The Lima YP seeks to give Lima's Young Professionals a voice in our community, our businesses, and ultimately in our future.

The Lima YP offers members access to other young professionals, community leaders, and businesses throughout Allen County.  Through the variety of events and programs we host throughout the year, our members grow personally and professionally making valuable business and social contacts.
