Safety Council Monthly Meeting 12/09/2025
Topic: Why Transportation Safety Matters in the Workplace
Speaker: Tracy LeMaire, NSC-Our Driving Concern
Our Driving Concern (ODC) and Workplace Impairment Training (WIT) are the two cornerstones programs. These trainings are designed to help employees understand the basics of traffic safety and help prevent costly crashes. It aims to address driver behaviors that cause incidents and crashes, including; driver distraction, seat belt use, speeding, etc.
The resources are a wonderful tool for HR professionals, safety professionals, supervisors, risk managers and all employees.
Please remember to bring a new, unwrapped toy(s) to donate to Toys for Tots. For each toy you donate, you’ll receive one entry into a raffle for a chance to win one of two $25 Chamber Gift Certificates. Make a child's Christmas morning dreams come true! 🎁✨

This is the 6th monthly meeting for FY26. Attendance at this meeting entitles rebate-eligible safety council members to one monthly meeting credit at a monthly meeting. 10 meetings are required for the year.
This event is open to members of the West Central Ohio Safety Council and the public.
