Our Solar Smash Bash is finally here, and it's going to be a cosmic blast! We've got everything you need to make this an event to remember. From an unforgettable concert to interactive astronomy displays, and even a variety of exhibitor booths, we've got it all covered.
But that's not all - we've also got some amazing, delicious food trucks, cash bar tent, photo booth with free commemorative photos, cosmic-themed merchandise, and a Kid's Zone with inflatables and games!
And make sure you check out our astronomy partners during the event, Lima Astronomical Society, where you can learn about the wonders of the universe from our expert astronomers.

Admission is **FREE** and open to the entire community!
Bring chairs to enjoy the concert on the lawn at the park!
Parking is available at the following locations:
Allen County Children Services, 123 W. Spring Street, for a fee
YMCA, 345 S. Elizabeth Street--lots *WEST* of Elizabeth Street *only*, free
Parking lot on the corner of North and Union across from Allen County RTA, free
ADA parking is available behind the Rhodes State College Borra Center, 8 Town Square, downtown Lima, free
Exhibitor Information:
Register for your 10x10' space today!
Maps and space number assignments, along with exhibitor guidelines, will be sent separately.
Food Truck Information:
Registration is closed! We have reached the maximum number of trucks.
Electricity and water availability information: **not available at this location**
To maintain variety, only one type of food truck will be confirmed for the event.
An application and contract will be required by all registrants.
Food truck parking will be located across from the venue on a private lot.

Online registration for exhibitors and food trucks closes on Friday, March 29, 2024.
Cancellation policy: If the Chamber cancels the event, refunds to food trucks and exhibitors will be given. If food trucks or exhibitors wish to cancel, refunds can be made if completed 7 days prior to the event.
