As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting our valued customers with their fashion needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing items and accessories
• Providing product knowledge and styling advice
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Steam and tag garments to ensure they are always presentation ready.

• Prior retail or customer service experience very helpful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends
• Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Basic computer skills, prior Shopify experience a plus
• Availability during store hours:  Tue-Fri 10:00 - 5:00 & Sat 9:00 - 2:00
