About Us

Generational Health Reformer Pilates Studio was born from a simple idea: movement should be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for every body, at every age and stage of life.

It started in 2022 when a young athlete named Sarah Clark went to a Pilates class with her mom and had a moment she’ll never forget. She’d been preparing to play college volleyball and couldn’t quite find a workout she’d actually stick with. Then she stepped onto a reformer for the first time, and one class was all it took.

She started teaching shortly after, worked under multiple studio owners, and began quietly building a vision for what her own space would look like. In 2025, that vision became real. At just 21 years old, Sarah opened Generational Health, and the community that grew around it exceeded every expectation.

Her mom, LaCresha Clark, joined as co-founder and VP of Operations. A U.S. Army veteran with a deep commitment to service and strength, LaCresha brings a grounded, disciplined energy that complements Sarah’s bright, encouraging presence perfectly. Together, they’ve built a studio that feels like family, because it is.
