The Lima Convalescent Home is a unique residential and health care campus dedicated to enhancing our client’s quality of life.

We offer assisted living, long-term and short-term skilled nursing care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care and rehabilitative care all in one convenient and attractive setting.

Lima Convalescent Home was the first nursing home in the area and today, is the only non-profit nursing home in Lima. We are guided by a volunteer board of trustees that live here and work here and all donations we receive are invested back into our facility to ensure our clients receive outstanding care and all the comforts of home.
