Darin Dodds founded Progress | Professional Counseling Associates in 2021, launching its first location in Wapakoneta, Ohio, and expanding to a second location in Lima. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families.

Darin earned his Master’s degree in Education and Clinical Counseling from Malone University and completed training in biblical instruction and integration through Winebrenner Theological Seminary and Malone, equipping him to provide values-informed, whole-person care. He leads a team of clinicians with diverse specialties, enabling Progress to effectively serve a wide range of community needs.
