Schrader Realty opened in January of 2009. Chad and Krista Schrader are the owners. Krista Schrader received her Ohio Real Estate license in 2002 and has been an Ohio Real Estate Broker since 2005. We have two locations to serve your needs! We are located at 800 E Main Street in Van Wert and 228 N. Main St. and 2311 Spencerville Road, both located in Lima.
